About Angie

Feeling stuck, helpless, or hopeless?  I love to help people uncover and utilize their strengths to be able to tackle the emotional challenges they are facing.  There is an absolute benefit of feeling heard and assessing what needs to be changed to get out of the discomfort one is experiencing.  I have a solution-focused and holistic approach to the therapeutic process that incorporates physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects.  My goal in working with clients is for them to feel understood and accepted while they become empowered to change and shift into a healthier approach to themselves and the world.

I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues including personal growth, depression, grief, anxiety, unresolved childhood issues, stress management, life transitions, relationship troubles, and family concerns.  I love working with various clients including teens, young adult, women, and parenting issues.
